Avelino Yunior Figueroa (born January 24, 1983), better known as Lapiz Conciente is a Dominican rapper that was raised in Los Mina(Santo Domingo). After his mothers death , Lapiz was raised by his grandmother Palin. He started rapping at the age of 13, and was part of several groups like "El Proyecto" and "Charles Family". After joining these groups he started to be noticed along with fellow rappers Frandel Rodriguez, Anneudy Rodriguez and DJ El Lobo.
